Any Old Iron NYC

We were contracted to design a full renovation for the British fashion label Any Old Iron in Orchard Street set in the the heart of the Lower East Side. Inspiration came from British stately vernacular and referenced the history of the the owners family. The store’s name “Any Old Iron” doubles as  a reference to the audible shouts of British scrap men collecting metal and early recyclables using a horse drawn cart – an homage to the owner’s family scrap metal business, founded in 1872.
